Update on clogged duct :)

By the time DH got home, I was seriously hurting.  I put a lot of heat on the spot and pumped and tried to work out the spot.  It hurt like heck touching it even lightly, but I actually was able to get the duct cleared.

Last night I set my alarm so I would pump "on time" instead of waiting for DD to wake up (and I dream fed her anyway, so it worked out well).

Thanks for the info about getting antibiotics though, I was stressing!

Glad to hear you got it cleared. I only had one clogged duct and it must not have been that bad, because it was a little sore but nothing like that.. and i was able to get rid of it in a couple feedings and a long hot shower.. (baby was able to clear it much better than the pump)
