I was just about to suggest the same- if not, call the hospital and see what they think- they might have a nurse line there as well.

ETA: it said call or go to ER if either LO or myself had temp above 100.4

Do you have anything else going on, have you taken any tylenol to bring the temp. down?  You could also call the hospital you delivered and talk to the nurses in L&D.  Hope everything turns out all right.

I would go to the ER. A post-partum infection can be life-threatening.
