Ds is so "back talky" lately it's getting out of hand. I had to put him in time out tonight for it. Oh the joys of a 3 year old! :-)

Oh yes!  So much so that I'm considering changing Carter's name to Mr. Sassy.  I don't think it's a gender specific term.

Yes I call DS1 sassy pants and asks if he wants sassy spray.  We have never used it but its vinegar and water.

Absolutely!  However, I tell DS he's being cantankerous and he corrects me and says, "No Mom, I'm being cross!  Now I'll go to time out for threeee minutes!"
