we were faced with having to do 3 before IVF to make the insurance company happy, but once our RE convinced the insurance company that making someone do IUIs with 1.8 total motile sperm before wash was futile, we were allowed to go straight to IVF.

4 IUIs, one with clomid and three with follistim

0! We went straight to IVF to get the most out of our insurance also we wanted the highest probability of having it work the first time.  We are now currently in the middle of IVF #1.

I did 6 inject iui's but only because my insurance covered them. I am now OOP for Ivf...

with injectibles, only 1. But that was always our plan. One IUI with injects to give them the opportunity to see how I respond to stims and then if the cycle failed IVF.

Only one and it was with Follistim. My endo was too severe, IVF is my only option.

We did 3 with Follistim/Ovidrel and three before that with just clomid.  So 6 iuis total.  Once AF arrives, we are starting our ivf protocol.
