Ultrasound!

Had an ultrasound and both babies heartbeats were 155.  Have you ladies noticed a correlation between heartbeat and gender- or is it just an oldwives tale?

    well, the hbs for ours have always been pretty similar - in the 140s-150s, and we just found out we're having 2 girls and a boy!

    for us, it was the opposite. DS ran in the upper 160's and DD ran in the 130's

    We already have 2 boys and are expecting 2 girls now... all 4 had the same heart rate trends throughout the pregnancies : )  (Started out in the 170's early on, and then settled out in the 150's)

    Old wives tale.  My boys' heartrates were always over 150.  According to the heartrate thing, I should have had 2 girls.  The Chinese gender predictor said girl too.

    Mine were 151 and I think 157 last appointment, so similar to yours, it will be fun to find out the genders in a few weeks :)

    My girls were all over the place - usually in the 130-140s though, which "means" boys....I also carried really high (like a basketball belly) and everyone told me I was having boys...chinese gender chart said boy too...but look at that - I had two beautiful girls!
