what protocol am i on?

Everyone seems to know the name of their protocol... i have no idea. I know what meds I'm on, and I know they expect me to respond well (our dx is MFI)... but I don't know what my protocol is... can anyone figure it out based on my meds? I'm just curious.

I just started week 6 of BCPs, and stopping thursday (thank god)

Currently i'm taking baby aspirin.

Am on Day 4 of Lupron at 20mg and dropping by half when I start stims

Stims (Gonal F and menopur) start 12/6

estimated ER 12/16-18

Any ideas?

I am doing basically the same things as you, except I'll be on Follistim instead of Gonal F. 

I don't know the answer either so I'm interested to hear what others say.

I think i was told that follistim and gonal f are the same, just if you have insurance coverage for meds, it depends on what they cover. mine wouldn't cover follistim.

Sounds a lot like my first IVF (I didn't take baby asprin though)..My RE calls it Luteal Protocol
Mine was like this:

Started BCP's 7/5/09

Started 10 Units of Lupron 7/19/09

7/30/09 Had Ultrasound and E2 drawn

7/30-8/4- Lupron 5, Menopur 75 Gonol F 150

8/5 ER -8/10 ET

I had no real side effects from the meds other than bloating. It wasn't until my FET that I got the really bad side effects from the Lupron.massive migranes..my RE calls it "Lupron Ora"..It was terrible..GL!

This sounds like the traditional long lupron protocol.
