Growth u/s

Baby A was 2 lbs 1oz and Baby B was 2lbs 7 oz.  15% difference.  Which last month it was a 16% difference so I guess they are progressing fine.  One was breech the other head down.  He said as long as the breech baby was the smaller one they would still deliver vaginally because the bigger baby would "pave the way" for the smaller to slip out.  But this was my mfm talking and if I go into labor in the evening or on the weekend it won't be him that delivers unless he is on call and there are two other drs besides my ob.  My ob isn't as comfortable with twins so I bet she would do a c section.  But they could still turn so there's no sense thinking about it now. 

I did ask why I feel more movement on the right side and he said the other baby is turned towards his brother so most of his kicks are hitting him and not me.  Ouch.  But other than that all was well.  Oh and I have gained 33 pounds.

It seems like it totally depends on the OB on whether or not they will deliver vaginally if baby B  is breech, I got alot of different opinions on that.

There is still a chance that B will flip-  my Baby B was breech until my 30 week growth u/s and then he flipped and has remained head down.
