I think I have moved into the eating phase of pregnancy. I am very close to the thrid tri and I think hunger has officially moved in. Baby must be growing because I feel like I need to eat more often. I just have to remember to only munch on the healthy stuff.

I gained about 1 - 2 lbs per month until the point where you are and I gained 10! and then like 8 the next...and about that pace for the rest. I didn't really watch what I ate, though...I wasn't eating McDonalds and total junk but I wasn't eating salads and carrot sticks that's for sure!
So yes - stick to healthy! You'll be so glad for it afterwards when you lose all of your baby weight that first month without even trying.

I've been really good with weight gain until this past month- I had an appt on friday and I gained 4 lbs in the past two weeks...
but you know what? the body obviously needs it...if I loose it great if not- oh well...
Oh - and I got too lazy/tired to make dinner on the days I worked so I would always get fast food. Burger King and Pizza Hut knew me by name
So honestly don't worry. I weigh less than I did pre-preg with minimal effort. I only started working out at 8 weeks post partum. And I only work out on my days off from work. I am still a size up, but at least the weight is off.
