Working Moms
I'm on a roll re: meeting other working moms...
so the sad fact is most of my closest girlfriends are single. I adore them and they keep me connected to my old life but I really wanted to meet some moms - especially in my town. Well, when it rains it pours!
1) Found out a mom of another 1yr old in DD#2 room at daycare - she lives 6 doors up from me! We exchanged ph#'s and will definitely hang out some time.
2) I met a nice mom at the playground on the weekend with a daughter same age as my oldest. We chatted non-stop and we exchanged #'s
3) I met up with a mom from the nest!!! (and her two adorable kiddos) - it was super fun!

That's awesome (I also admire you keep up with your single friends-- I find it hard to keep up with any friends sometimes...!)
I recently found out that one of DD's "BFF's"
is also our neighbor! There are so many kids that go to that DCP that are also in the neighborhood-- nice they will be together from so young through school!
