so mad at myself. need help/advice.

So, this is my first month taking prometrium for my lack of AF. I had taken Provera before and it was one pill a day. So, being a dummy I took the prometrium for one a day and when I finally figured out that it was supposed to be 2 a day I was already on day 7. So for the next 3 days I took two a day. It's been about 8 days since I stopped taking them and nothing. No spotting, nothing. Tonight I got this killer pain in my right side but that is it. Any idea was the pain might be? Should I just start taking them again at the beginning of the month like I did last month? TIA
