I dont know why I feel this way. I feel like I am just going through the IUIs just to say we went tried before IVF. I am ready to start IVF next month but DH wants to try one more IUI with injectables and then IVF after the New Year. I just feel like I am wasting my time!!

Re: Anyone else feel like IUI are a waste of time?
Looking back the Clomid/IUIs were a complete waste of time and resources. I didn't mine the inject/IUIs as I felt they were dry runs for IVF. Because the RE saw how I responded she was able to better predict for my IVF without risk of over or understimming.
But they did take a good bit of pressure off, and allowed us to have enjoyable sex rather than timed intercourse, which just sounds unfun.
I agree with this. In addition, if you are using insurance for IF, your insurance may require a minimum of 3 injectible/IUI before they will cover IVF...mine did.
This. Plus I know three people IRL who now have healthy babies as a result of IUIs. They do work for some ladies
Good luck!
