I know how to get PMs but I don't know how to send them unless I am replying to someone who sent me one..can anyone give me the scoop on how to do this.

    Click on the "contact"button underneath the individual's response/post. It will bring you to where you can type/send a pm.

    NP! I'm pretty sure I either asked the same question before or read it from someone else asking the same question! :) It's really not that intuitive.
