Thoughts?

I took 6 months of lupron shots, last one on Sept 15th.  Still haven't had AF...I have a call into my RE's office today b/c they are going to get me to start Provera today.

Here's my question (and I am going to ask the nurse when I talk to her, too...just wanting to know if this makes sense):

I had been using OPK sticks.  I got three days in a row of lines (last Sat-Mon).  On sat and sun they were faint; Monday's was darker, but still not as dark at the other line (so not a positive test).  By Tuesday night there were no lines.  I had a blood draw on Tuesday morning.  The nurse left me a message that my etsrogen was higher (95) and that my progesterone was low.  Do you think it's possible that I ovulated sometime after the blood draw on Tuesday? If so, I don't want to start Provera today.  Should I ask for another blood draw before I start Provera to see if I ovulated?
