Bum Genius & vinegar

Has anyone had any issues using vinegar in the first rinse with your bum genius diapers?  I have been using some the last few washes, and haven't noticed anything yet, but just read on their website that you should not use vinegar with them because they will "cause problems with your diapers".

Thoughts?
