What is this toy called?

I'm going to try my best to describe it. Bear with me. :-)

It plugs in and has a black round base. In the middle of the base are wands. When you turn it on, the wands spread out and lights shine and move on the wands.

Any idea?  DS loved it and I want to get him one. I'm betting one of you guys know!
