I don't know what is going on but it isn't good.  He started refusing to nap in his crib almost 2 months ago.  (He will scream for over an hour, I've tried a few times recently and it's always the same.)  We did a bit of co-sleeping and now he sleeps in his stroller so at least I'm free.  Well, free for the 30 minutes to if I'm lucky an hour that he naps.  He wakes up screaming, really SCREAMING every morning and from every nap, and he is super tired and cranky all the time because he's only getting 10-10.5 hours at night and then a crappy nap.  

This week he doesn't make it until anywhere near lunch time before he needs to nap.  Today he was up at 6:45 (bed at 8:30) and he was asleep by 10:30.  Slept until 11.  Great.  He'll need another snooze this afternoon I'm sure.  Oh, and if I put him to bed earlier he just wakes up earlier.  Always has.  

This better be related to the 2-year molars I can feel in the back of his mouth, that are nowhere near breaking through the gum but are there, and if it's not, well, I'm going to go jump off a bridge either way because I just about can't take this any more.

Right now he's sitting in my lap watching music videos on my iPhone while I type this because it's the only thing that will keep him quiet.  UGH.

hshhc would probably say you need an earlier bedtime. 8:30 seems a bit late.

I've tried.  He goes to bed at 8, wakes up at 6.  Goes to bed at 7:30, up at 5:30, etc...

He used to sleep until about 7:30-8ish, but not anymore.  Boo.
