Hilarious F/U to my conference post

This is for those that read my parent/teacher conference dilemma the other night.

I had the conference, and he entered without the child's mother, so it was just me, him and another teacher while we waited for mom. He walked in and immediately I felt comfortable, and liked him. Any feelings of ill will that I harbored disappeared, he just had that psuedo-celebrity air about him.

Anyway, I teach 2nd grade, so the chairs are small. He comments that the chairs are small. Somehow, I grew a set a brass balls. I said, "Yeah, my big ass sure doesn't fit in any of them".  The other teacher looked at me HORRIFIED and he was hysterical laughing.  He kept saying, "Oh no, oh no..." Then I told him that I did like his shirt. He was pretty embarrassed I think, but played it off. He told me that he knew I was cool (riiight) and it was just jokes.  He also told me that he was obligated to update his listeners in the morning, b/c what I said was so funny.

Just thought you might enjoy some more humor at the expense of my ass

No, it was this morning! But I wasn't in the car early enough to listen. Too tired from conferences the night before

Great work at the conference!  You were perfect and LOL at the other teacher.
