I have been reading her blog for awhile now, just started making some of the recipes.

I am really starting to be wicked jealous of her life! She has what looks like a gorgeous house, a great bod, is totally smart and awesome, and has a cute little boy and a cute little girl.

I kinda want to be her. 

 

She named her son Kenya though, so she ain't perfect :-) 

 

We are trying Papusas this weekend.

LOL the only thing that makes me feel better (worse?) is that she is 3 years older than I am. 3 years older, a zillion times better looking.

I just love her website, I can't hate her!

We are trying Papusas this weekend. 

Is this the first time you will be eating papusas or is this your first time making them? If you've never had them, they're damn delicious! MIL is from El Salvador so I eat authentic ones all the time

Oh and when you make them, watch out for the edges. Try not to make them too thick otherwise all you have is dough on the outside with all of the meat/cheese in the middle (this is DH's problem when he tries) HAHAHA. Have fun!
