cry fest

in 1st Trimester
Holy cow... watching a show about a foster mother who raised a child for over 5 years and is now currently looking for her as an adult. The foster child was taken right after the mother had her own child so she grew up thinking she was given up again (which she wasn't - bio. mom wanted her back). Sadly, they were never given the chance to say goodbye - social services just came and took her. Now they are reunited and seriously I am bawling my eyes out! And right now it just feels good to cry - anyone else get like that?? maybe I'm crazy!

    Yes - I've never seen it before but wow. I had a close friend growing up whose family had foster children and a similar situation happened. I remember how painful that experience was for them and I just thought it was amazing they could be reunited. Bring on the tears!

    OMG I LOVE the Locator! It's my favorite show but I always have to have tissues near by when I watch it! I've seen that episode! Very sad!

    Umm.... I cried during Maury today. MAURY!

    This 17 year old girl was going on and on about how she wanted to be able to finish school then become an RN, but had to drop out because she had the baby.

    The potential baby daddy's grandma had said "If the baby is his, then I will be more than happy to take some responsibility so you can go back to school and get your education."

    I started bawling.

    ....He turned out not to be the daddy anyway, so sucks for her!
