Calories for BF/EP

I am currently EP for my girls. My DH packed up my Dr. Luke book that I relied on during my pg. I feel out of the loop...

I was wondering how many calories I should be consuming for pumping/nursing for twins??

I know for a singleton you need about 500 more calories per day (so more then when you're even pg).  I'd say anywhere from 800-1000 extra calories for twins (but that's just a guess based on a singleton).

I probably get abou 600-800 extra calories and am always starving.  I think the recommended amount is at least 800.
