So, I am getting ready to leave for lunch in about 30 minutes and want something really really good for lunch. Right now, I can eat just about anything. Any suggestions?
My coworker and I will be going to Picadilly. I am in need of some "comfort food." And their carrot soufflee (sp?). It takes like candied yams with extra sugar. YUM!! I will eat either a salad or fruit cup with it since that is available.
And this of course is pending. I work for LDEQ. There was a gaswell blow out yesterday. I didn't have to work it last night since I am pg. But the leak has stopped and today they will be letting people back in their homes. I have to go help with that (just checking homes for ventiliation). But we don't know when. I hate waiting and planning my day around the possibility that it could happen this morning, this afternoon, or this evening. UGH. But the job pays my bills.

I have a half of a leftover buffalo chicken wrap. I'll have it with sunchips and some water or a soda. Haven't decided yet. If I'm still hungry I have blackberries that I'll eat with some Greek yogurt and some hostess orange cupcakes. Don't see them very often but DH found them at a gas station yesterday. Hee hee.
My fav thing to make is something I came up with when I had to do grocery shopping. You make that noodles in Chicken sauce Sidekick thing, and then fry two cans of flaked light luna with seasoning and then mix it all together. Salty goodness! Might not be the greatest for you, but it tastes realllly good.
Re: I am starving...any ideas?
Lucky! I have to wait another 2 hours for lunch...
I am personally dying for a panini. With lots of cheese on it.
