Question about U/S

So I had my BIG u/s yesterday, and we're having a girl (in case you didn't see my post), and I am wondering....if there was something wrong, they would have said something, right? Somebody told me that the people that do the u/s are not allowed to say whether or not something is wrong. So now I'm wondering...  Would my doctor contact me or would they have called the doctor in to tell me if there was a problem?

for my pregnancies they have had a dr review the scans and give the report to my dr;  my appt w/her is usually w/in 2-3 days.

i was wondering the same thing...they didn't say anything to me either and i didn't even get to see the screen or get actual pictures of the ultrasound (other than one of a boy part lol) for my entire ultrasound...i was extremely unhappy

I'm sorry, I didn't really answer your question. Your doc will probably wait to tell you until the next time you see him. There isn't a lot you can do about any problems now, except to worry.

At my big U/S last week they told me that a doctor would review the results, and give them to my doctor, who would also review it. My doctor told me that they would only call me if something was wrong. Of course I am way too impatient for that answer, so I have been calling there every day to make sure that someone did in fact look at the results! As of yesterday my doctor had received the information from the other doctor but had not gotten a chance to review it yet. I'll probably call again tomorrow, hehe. I just want to hear them say that 'everything is normal'!
