are you breast feeding? You might want the other one, sorry I can't remember the name where you can hold both. I EP, but I love the boppies to lay them in & I now use them for support while sitting. I would get two.
Mine loved their bouncies, so 2 of those. Although I've heard not all babies do. I love the Boppy Bouncy chairs. I highlt recommend them.
Mine weren't big on the swing, even though we had 2.
I would do 2 playmats. We use them a lot for tummy time & just to play. I do lay them together, but my DD won't roll if her brother is next to her. So they are on their own sometimes too.
Mine love their exersaucers. We have 2 & use both, but one was a hand-me-down.
definitely 2 bouncy seats. The girls love theirs. You don't need 2 swings, we only have one of those. 2 high chairs.
we use one play mat, but my girls don't roll yet.
My girls are only 2 months along so that's all I got now:)

We wound up with four bouncers--two Boppy bouncers (those are great when they are little), one Newborn to toddler rocker (that thing is great because I can still use it and they can't roll out of it), and a FP aquarium one that worked great when the Boppy got too boring for them.
Boppies--Unless you are EBF, you'll want two. I used them a ton for bottle feeding. I put both Boppies (and girls) facing me and have a bottle in each hand. I still have two in their room where they have their bedtime bottles. (I even got two more at a consignment sale so I could have two in their bedroom and two in our main room.)
Swings--I'd start with one. If they like it, go for a second. We only had two because someone gave us the second one. It has come in handy thought when DDs have colds because they sleep so much better elevated.
We only have one playmat/gym and that's been fine. We also only had one jumperoo (and no exersaucer).
If you are planning on doing much traveling, you may want two pack n plays.
Definitely two car seats and high chairs. ;-)

really, you dont NEED two of anything, as long as you have one of everything. we always put our son in the bouncer and our daughter in the boppy and they were very happy (neither loved the swing).
these days they both love sitting in bumbo chairs so we do have 2 of those. if you decide you do need a second thing, its easy enough to go buy one (so giftcards are great).
I thought once my twins came I would be housebound but we are not. in fact, I love it when they need something because it gives us a family outing destination.
and they are still sharing a playmat so one is enough.

It depends on how much room you have. Definitly 2 boppies! I have 3 They are totally useful when I have to do a double feeding or laying in bed reading books etc.... I have 2 floors so instead of bringing things up and down I keep an excersaucer on each floor and 2 boppies upstairs in the bedroom and 1 downstairs on the couch. Everything else I would wait to see who likes what, ask for Gift Cards, I was constantly changing my mind on what we needed/what we liked and having the gifts cards was really helpful. GL
play gyms? - I am not sure what that is but we were given 2 exersaucers and 1 jumperoo (free hand-me-downs) I think we would be fine with 1 exersaucer and 1 jumperoo
