Yes I posted about this the other day and also called my dr's office.
The response I got from my dr's office is that it's normal it's just part of the growing and stretching. Also the belly button is one of the weakest parts of your body that it will be the most sensitive to the stretching and growing. Although she told me to keep an eye on it if the pain gets worse.
The pain I have was on the inside and could best be described as a blister because it was tender to the touch but only in one area of it and not directly on it but around it!
i asked my doctor about that last time. She said that the belly button only has one layer of skin whereas other parts of you have 3, so when it stretches it is totally normal for it to be tender to the touch.
