A kid you aren't related to. The kids' birthday is in January and it sucks to have to find something to do inside. There are inside play places about an hour away. If invited, would you drive about an hour to another city for a kids party? I'm thinking it's a silly idea.

Re: Would you drive an hour for a kids party?
We just did on Saturday - a good friend of ours lives about an hour away so we always have to drive an hour away for her son's birthday parties. I would do it for any of my/DS's good friends.
Not unless it was some kind of all day thing and the whole family was invited.
But for a 2 hour kids party nope.

I would, and have.
It can take an hour to get across Annapolis some days.

If it was a friend of our family's kid, sure.
If it was a daycare kid, probably not.
