Poll: How many times did you POAS?

I think my number is about 10! A few times when I got the BFP, and then once a few days later, then a digital for peace of mind, then two more digitals to give to both sets of parents.

DC1- two digitals.

DC2- one cheapo! i was convinced already that i was pregnant anyway lol.

With DS- about 8 times!  (I was in complete shock and couldn't believe it)

With #2- 3 times (and that was only because I already had the tests, so I just wanted to use them up)

I had a pretty bad reaction to discontinuing my BC and thought for sure that I was pregnant after that first cycle.  I had a couple of faint lines on a pregnancy test (maybe evap lines?), but ended up getting AF about 3-4 days late.

I took about 10 tests - solely because I couldn't believe it and was afraid of having the same thing happen again.  I was addicted to POAS.  lol

Four.  First 2 were blue dye and I felt iffy about that, so I got an Answer 2 pack.  The first pink dye had me pretty convinced, but a few days later I used the other one to see how much darker the line would be.  SO glad I did!  Somehow a thick, dark line just makes you a little giddy

I did 2, within a couple hours of each other because the first one I did was a blue dye + - one, and I had never seen a positive result on a two lines one, so I also did one of those just so I could see it

Too many! At least 10..probably more since my cycle was realllly long and I didn't keep track of O well enough

Just one. I had it left over from a two pack and didn't test until like 17 dpo. The line was dark and apeared in .02 seconds, so I didn't doubt it. I'm too cheap to go buy more or else I would have done at least one more! :-)

I took two. A FRER and a CBE digital. I was convinced I was pregnant but can admit I was tempted to run out and buy a test or two more.

1 digital to prove to DH...cause he doesnt understand the lines and that they can be faint or that the + tests have - and +.

Three and that's because I was trying SUPER hard not to be paranoid. LOL! I did one one on 11DPO which was BFN, then 12DPO was a faint line, and 13DPO was a digital BFP. Should I be doing more during the pregnancy, or is that REALLY being paranoid?

I think it was like 5 or 6 with DD. This time was even worse!! I bought the dipstick test on eBay and it was a package of 12. The frist night I got a bfp it was SO faint and I thought it was bc of those test. I went and bough a regular 2 line test and a digital the next morning. They were both +. Then I kept taking the dipstick ones just to see them get darker!! So yeah...um, 14!!!

We took 4 test (2 digital clear blue easy and 2 regular ept) before we believed it. Then silly me was feeling pretty good yesterday so I was worried it wasnt true so I took another and of course it still said the same thing. I am paying for it today with cramps and nausea.

I think 3... I got some cheapie strip ones off the internet and I did one every few days to see how much darker the line got lol. i knew after the 1st one that I was pregnant tho, the others were just for fun

With DS I took 3.

With this LO I took 8. (I had, had a recent loss so I needed more reasurrance to see the line get darker every few days.)

I took a digital test out of the blue last Tuesday. I got a positive on that one, couldn't believe it, so I went and got another test and took it. That was 2.

Wednesday I went to the dollar tree and bought 3 more tests. Took those Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Total of 5. 

Judge me if you want to, but I like to be sure before I get all excited!

I got two false negatives and one then one positive on  digital.  The false negatives were on $ store tests and they were about 4 days before my missed period.

More then I care to admit! Exp with my 2nd! But I didn't think I was at all! With my DS I knew  was pregnant so Ionly did like 2, but this go round, I just couldn't believe it!
