Sore throat + paranoia = ??? WWYD?

To start, yes I know this is the dumbest question ever!  Flame me if you will.  So I've been debating back and forth about going to the doc or at least the urgent care center for this semi-cold.  It started Saturday with a sore throat/tickle in my throat.  Then the soreness/tickle is making me need to cough just to clear my throat/ease that tickle.  I do have the very slightest sinus drainage (yuck!), however, I have had a very slight drainage increase for the past 6-8 weeks...(increased mucus production in pregnancy?)  No other symptoms though...no fever, no chills, no running nose, no aches, no sinus pressure, no vomiting (yay!)...  So what would you do?  I guess I feel silly asking because it just sounds very simple and nothing to worry about, but being sick during pregnancy seems a little worrysome to me...? (side note- had my seasonal flu shot in October and the h1n1 shot a week ago.  plus I don't want to be spreading anything at work!  Would you go to the doc just to be sure it is not strep throat or the flu coming on?  Or just tough it out with the cough drops?

I'd probably tough if out unless it got worse.

Gargle warm salty warm (puke worthy, I know) or breathe in some steam to help ease your throat.

I had that last week right after my betas came in.  My throat was killing me then it turned to a tickle with a drippy feeling back there and now its laryngitis (sp?). I would give it another day or two and just use the Halls vitamin C drops to soothe the tickle. If you get any worse then I would call the Dr.

Personally I would go in.  Then there is no worries.  Even if you got the shots there are multiple starins of both the seasonal flu and the H1n1, so I would go in just in case.  It is very responsive to Meds as well as it is better to know u are ok then worry   Dr's will understand completly given that you are pg, if you weren't I would for sure say tought it out unless it got worse.
