She's CHOMPING on her fingers

so much so that her fingers are red; she's drooling so much that her skin on her chin is red...she must be teething, right?  She's almost 4 mos.

Sounds like it to me - yet my DD has been doing this for about 2 weeks now and there is no tooth to be seen yet. I hope soon!

I know...I swear I see some sort of white bud under her gum...but nothing through the skin yet.  Is J's skin getting raw from her saliva? I'm trying to keep aquaphor on it, but it's tough!
