Curious about colds

Don't worry, I am also going to ask my doctor about this, I have my regular monthly appointment later today, but I am just curious.

I woke up this morning with a cold.    Sore throat, sinus pressure, headache, feeling tired.  LO is not as active today as usual, so I was wondering if my feeling so icky is rubbing off on her.  I don't know if she is affected by my weakened immune system?  I know that they are really protected in there, hence why mommies-to-be have weaker immune systems (cuz baby needs the protection so less is given to mommy) but is there any affect at all?  Any tips to help me until my appointment later today?
