hey ladies!!
Okay, I'd LOVE LOVE some ideas here!! Basically my workout routine in a nutshell currently is waling 30 mins 5 days a week and free weights or bowflexing 3 days a week. Now I just have this sneeking suspision that gravity is trying to work against my thighs and arms!! Trying to steal away my muscle and give me jello in return!! hahha No, but seriously I just want to try to stay as toned as possible, and my inner thighs seem to be the biggest red flag zone! I've dabbled in some lunges and squats, but I'd love some suggestions from some of you fitness buffs!!
