going back to school?

I always wanted to get my MBA so I am considering taking a one class a semester. Anyone in the same situation? It's not like it will be eaiser later on when kids get a little bit bigger so why not now?

Re: going back to school?

  • I can only speak for myself but I'm much more clear headed and much less exhausted now than I was when the second was still less than a year old.

I do plan on going back to school and will be starting classes in January.

    Should be fun times!

Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
  • I think its great to keep going to school.  Do you have family and friends that are available to help with watching the kids while you are in class or doing home work?

Now may be easier since you dont have extra curricular activites to take kids to, etc.  But, it may be hard if babies are not sleeping through the night.

Look at programs that have hybrid courses, like part time and part online.

    Good luck!

  • Do it!

I work full time and go to school part time (6 classes per year) and it is totally doable.

I did full time for the past year Sept-Sept so I am taking this year a little easier.

  • Thank you ladies!

I have lots of help, both grandmas are fighting to watch kids plus little one is STTN(knock on wood), so now or never.

Good point that they will have activities later on I didn't even think about that.

I found out that my company won't pay for it(part of cost cuts, plus they do not support ed in business) so I will probably start in summer next year once we get our finances in order.

    Thanks again for support!
