Re: what are you going to put in your LO's socking?

  • DS will be a little over a year. He will get a sippy with his name on it, pacis, some match box cars, a small football, two board books, and his favorite gerber veggie snacks.
  • Loading the player...
  • We bought a small pack of the chuck n friends tonka trucks; I will be wrapping them individually. Maybe a box of animal crackers.

  • board books, matchbox cars, small tonka trucks, socks, maybe a new sippy, some snacks... i don't know what else. His stocking is ginormous so I've got lots of thinking to do :-) Hopefully i can get some ideas from some of the mom's here!

  • So far I have 2 books for her stocking and some princess figures from the disney store. I'll probably put some yogurt melts in there too since she's addicted to them.

  • Im going to hit up the $1 spot at Target, some fruit ropes he loves from Clif, a couple thomas trains, small toys for the most part.
  • I scour the Target $1 bins for his stocking stuffers.  Today they had small wooden cars, airplanes, trains, etc - so I bought a few of those.  He is also getting a play kitchen as his big gift and they had mini-whisks, rolling pins and frying pans for kids at Target in the $1 bin, so I picked up those.  Other than that, probably a book and a few of his favorite snacks.

  • I got a bunch of little play-dough containers from the dollar bin at Target. I'm also thinking of a couple of board books or a coloring book, a bag of yogurt melts, and maybe some play kitchen accessories if we end up getting her the kitchen for Christmas.

And an orange. My parents always put an orange in the toe of our stockings and I want to do the same. DD loves oranges. :)

  • Coloring stuff, mini board books, a little pink Smurfette tote bag from the dollar spot in Target (which I plan to keep her coloring stuff in), etc. Maybe some little play jewelry.

  • DS' stocking will have a cooking apron (to go with the play kitchen he's getting), a tube of little people, some sort of treat (animal crackers or something) and maybe a couple other small toys from the $1 spot or something.
