How do monthly check ins work? I signed up for the July one, and just didn't know what it really was or what you do.

    Look for the posts on Monday's.  They have some questions each week.  :)

    They will be posted at a certain time and day. Not sure what it is for July, sorry! There's a list of bumpies due that months and usually a question of the day for you to reply to.
