xmas music: (I know, you wanna kill me, it's November).

but seriously, have you guys listened to Josh Groban's Xmas album, "Noel"?

his version of Ave Maria gives me chills.

I was on the prowl for new Holiday music for the season & finally bought this. LOVE.

  • I usually start with the Xmas music around my birthday, Sep 25.  Only about once a week, while cooking or cleaning.  But by now, it's pretty much all the time.  I may just go order that Josh Groban CD!

  • check it out on iTunes...you can do the 30 second preview

I really only listen to it this early b/c I've been doing tons of Christmas crafts for an upcoming craft fair - so the tunes get my creative juices flowin'!

  • also, if you want another suggestion for a great xmas album... Big Smile

my all the time FAVE is the Vince Guaraldi Instrumental soundtrack for Charlie's Brown Christmas. It's mostly classical instrumental pieces but it's GREAT. It's nice b/c it's not hokey or repetitive like a lot of xmas carols...it's just great to listen to in the background.

I don't have this, but I really feel I will never be a TRUE Xmas music fanatic until I do.  It must be the most recommended album ever.
