Shower hostess gifts...idea and a question

So, I bought my 3 friends their hostess gifts!  I love love love these bags, and there are so many color and monogram-style options.  Once they get delivered, I'm going to put a bunch of fun little things in them.  (Any ideas for fillers are appreciated.)

However, question: do you give hostess gifts to them at the shower after everyone else is gone, or on an entirely different day?

Give them their gifts after the rest of the guests have left, like during clean up or something..
