The knot/nest/bump. It may like to modify my collection and break down when I seem to be the most bored, but MAN, am I thankful for the amazing people I've met through these sites.
Geez....for as much as I whine, the thankful list blows it all out of the water.
My family, friends, freedom,
debt that is manageable, and shrinking everyday!!
a job that is not in danger, that I have an education and the resources to further it, a home, and a wonderful husband that loves me even if he doesn't always understand me and supports me always, and the ability to help others whenever I am able. I really could (and probably should!) keep going.
My mom received a liver transplant just over a month ago and is doing well. We had watched her slowly waste away (end-stage liver disease is a b1tch) for over a year (she had been sick for about three, but this last year was horrible)
Now if they automatically referred family to shrink post-op, that would be great. The nightmares that have recently started are kicking myass.
I also had about a week of one-on-one time w/ my sister (who is way, way older than me and lives really far away, so it was NICE) post-op. The whole thing brought our family closer together. So there are good things. I'm thankful for the donor and their family's generosity.
And the weather has been nice. And I got to go to Ikea today.

My husband and the life we are building together.
