Black olives? Green olives? DH and I were having a debate at dinner. He said they were fine and I disagreed, though I couldn't think of a reason..

They're kind of high in sodium, but other than that they're fine. DD has them if they're in something, but I haven't given them to her as a snack or anything.

They shouldnt have anything high in sodium, it can screw with their electrolyte balance.
