Okay, since Christina found the dress for me

help me dress the other kids.

DD is the youngest wearing this.

Then we need to dress DS 2.5, nephew1 6, nephew2 9, niece1 8, neice2 11.  All three of the boys are red heads (so orange could be good), and the girls are brunettes.

I have a brown/blue argyle sweater for DS, but I think it might be too busy with this dress.

Coordinating, not necessarily matching.

thanks for any ideas.

Thanks.

    Ooooh, thats good

  • I think the redheads would look good in blue.
  • DH is a redhead--any shade of red or orange is a no-go for him.

  • if this is for a photo, then i think that dress is too busy. most photographers recommend no prints or striped or anything like that. the whole idea is to get equal amount of light on each face, so everyone should be in shirts in the same degree of brightness. doesnt have to be same color, but all pastels, or all darks or whatever. but someone in a light shirt will attract more attention from the eye vs. someone in a dark shirt.

patterns also draw the eye, and you want the faces to stand out, not the outfits.
