    I get heartburn from the most ridiculous foods.  Like white rice....who gets heartburn from white rice?

    I am sorry :(  I got heartburn like crazy after I started metformin, I seriously thought I was going to die it hurt so bad.  I tried everything to get it to go away and the only thing that worked for me was baking soda and water, it wasn't that pleasant to drink but it did help a ton.  I hope it gets better for you!
