I have to admit this is one of the best recipes for pork tenderloin. It's in my blog. The creamed spinach on the side is awesome with the sourcream and horseradish. It's perfectly tangy and complements the pork. I'm putting a piece of the tenderloin with a scoop of the spinach on a dinner roll..it's divine.

I have 4 tenderloins in the freezer from costco, so I will get one out and make it tomorrow.
