tonight sucked...

we were all (except for chloe) woken up by my SIL trying to wake up MIL because the dogs went ape sh!t and she saw cop lights outside. Turns out MIL's favorite cow Goofy got out and the sheriffs officer hit him!!! he is still alive but will more than likely have to be put to sleep due to his injuries. He at the very very least has a broken leg (keep in mind the speed limit on our street is 55mph). We over heard the officer telling his boss that he did see the cow in the road.

so i guess i just dont understand why if he saw a big a$$ freaking cow in the road he didnt stop?!?! And its very possible that MIL will be responsible for the damages to the sheriff car because it was her pet that got out. the cops (sheriffs) are all still out front because they have a different division or whatever that does incident reports when one of their vehicles is in an accident.

wow that's crazy! I'm sorry about her cow, she must be pretty upset.

yeah, luckily her only other cow (pest) that was turned out into the fields didnt get out too.

been up early too, cleaning up dog pee.  Not as exciting as cows though...

i really feel bad for MIL because her cows are really like giant dogs.
