She is SUPER BIG right now. I am a metal and alternative rock type of girl, and I will admit that if one of her songs come on the radio as I'm passing through stations I will stop and listen to it. But what kills me is they are playing this at the H.S. Football games that DH coaches for. Really? Nothing says go out and hit somebody like Taylor Swift.

Actually, the amount of talent that girl has for a 19 year old is amazing. Sure her songs are about high school girls' experiences, but that's because she just was one. Taylor started songwriting in Nashville when she was only 13. That's talent.

I agree, and I don't understand how writing songs based on your life makes you a loser. I think that her ability to write so many catchy songs is a talent in itself.
