First off this must be shipping karma coming back to me! But since my MIL sent this it really had nothing to do with me.

16 weeks we are waiting on our exchange pants/spotty coat/sweater/button up shirt and 2 other items.

Oct.13 I called and was told that it ships the next business day. No problem I can wait. I am in no hurry.

So today when I call because I am now worried that my post office is some how behind this, you tell me that the credit card used to purchase these items  was refunded on the 13th of Oct. after you told me they were shipped.

So I am left with the duty of calling MIL and telling her that she was credited back and they weren't going to bother telling me or her! She has no Internet access and orders over the phone...the good old fashion way.

NICE.

Will this stop me from ordering in the future. NO.... because we love you...but still.

OMG, I am having the SAME exact problem! I sent back a pair of skate baggies to exchange for a size up and literally it had been so long I forgot all about them until yesterday. When I emailed them they said they already shipped, but then I saw they credited my card. Ugh! I am hoping they still show up because I loved those pants!

See, I expected to wait a while. I am in no rush. I figured some things were still back ordered. I didn't expect it to be canceled and if it was I expected them to ship me a credit to use to repurchase. Now I have to re order or have MIL do it and that is a PIA.

 

I just wish someone would have called my MIL and told her.
