I love most kinds of cheese... except anything smelly or moldy. I think my favorite might be sharp cheddar or colby jack. Fresh mozzarella is pretty awesome, too.

Gouda here too! When we were in Co. Springs a couple of weeks ago, we got this great smoked gouda soup at a restaurant there, and it was so good!

I had this incredible rosemary asiago cheese the other day. I think that would be my new favorite, and now I would like to have some more!
This sounds wonderful!
I love all cheeses- I could live off of them. Especially gouda, havarti, goat cheese, brie, and just the plain old varieties too... I always have tons in my fridge.
I am gonna have to say Monterey Jack. I have a few peices every day as my snack. I can also go for a shapr cheddar or mozzarella, colby is not bad either.

Not sure what to do now. Sad and lost.
I could (and have!) make a meal out of feta cheese and butter crackers, though.
One of the grocery stores here carries some really delicious apricot derbyshire (I think) though. I love all varieties of cheddar, the sharper the better.

goat cheese! and this amazing Goat Gouda I can only find at Whole Foods.

All of it? I love cheese.
I could (and have!) make a meal out of feta cheese and butter crackers, though.

I also really love sage cheese.
I'm supposed to choose?
I like most cheeses, except the fakey stuff like American and parm in a green can (if you call those cheese).
Swiss, Cheddar, Brie, Gouda, Roquefort, Havarti, Myzithra, Jarlsberg.
I love cheese!
