I'm having trouble writing a thank you card for the host of my baby shower, can anyone give me some suggestions???

This is kind of what I said to my aunt

Thank you so much for such a lovely baby shower.  I truly appreciate your hardwork and effort you put into the planning. The day was very special, and it was all because of your efforts. I am very lucky to have such caring and thoughtful family members.     I can't wait for our little girl to meet her great aunt!
