Concert at 4yo?

DD1 loves music and "Bono". U2 is coming to town next summer and we're considering taking her. We've been to U2 shows at this venue and don't feel it would be unsafe for her - just loud and late. Should we go for it or just rent a U2 movie and not tell her next summer when we go without her??

    she is a trip!

    If you think she'll be ok and will enjoy and let YOU enjoy at least a good part of it, then I'd take her.

    I'd take her only if she'd comply with wearing earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones.

    Outdoor venue yeah I'd take her.  Indoor probably not.  U2 does a HELL of a show, I went when pg with Sam ;-)

    ditto.  I was going to say only if she'd wear ear plugs... and depending on where you sit.  I wouldn't want dc too close to the front... but then being so far back may be frustrating.  I'd rent a video, and buy tix for you and dh to go on a date.  by her a U2 concert dvd for Christmas.
