going to attempt to get H1N1 vaccine for DD today.  the city is having a city wide clinic at the STADIUM (walk in and drive thru).  it started at 8 am.  there were traffic jams all around.  it's going to 8pm, so i'm going to try to fit in b/w the lunch and after work crowd and go at 2.

and i'm SUPER PISSED b/c they said on the radio this morning that the clinic is for the high risk groups, they won't turn anyone away. WTF?  WTF??????????????  i know the 30 year old single guy with no underlying health problems is not taking a shot from my kid b/c of the different doses, but he is taking it from a pregnant lady.  WTF?  i'm mad.

they only have 15,000 doses.

killjoy!  seriously, the metro government is my killjoy today.  you'd have to really act up to even register.

I think we're in the same city. I read an article in the newspaper that it's state law not to turn anyone away, so they're hoping people will be honest about their risk group. Ha!
