How funny, I was just going to ask this, too! I also wonder if anyone has been given the ok to use any OTC acne treatments. I completely forgot to ask my dr at my last appointment!
I have been using Noxema and a Dove face lotion. I spent forever in that aisle reading labels, and these seemed to have the fewest ingredients. Only thing is that now I am breaking out like crazy b/c I used to use acne products
I use Dove facial lotion, sensitive skin, and I love it. I go back and forth between soaps. I love Coalface from Lush - expensive but a bar lasts months and months. I also like the soaps from youstinksoap on Etsy.

I have been using Burt's Bee's facewash and acne stick and I LOVE IT! I use cetaphil lotion because it's so gentle. The Burt's Bee's has helped my pregnancy break outs MAJORLY!
Aveeno foaming cleanser and moisturizer with the salicylic acid. I really like them, I used to use the Neutrogena ones and I think they were too harsh. It's still hard to keep things under control though, crazy hormones!

My Dr. gave me the OK for OTC products with salicylic acid. She said just watch out for anything with Retinol (read the ingredients carefully because a lot of them sneak it in there).
I'm using spectro gell as a face wash, and neutrogena oil free moisturizer with spf 15. I haven't done anything different, other than knock off the acne treatments. My doctor said anything like salicylic acid or benxoyl peroxide is absorbed by the bloodstream and not to use it, but I've heard contradicting information from other people. Go with what your doctor says is ok.

Origins Checks and Balances is the best facial cleanser I've ever used! Same for the moisturizer. It's more expensive but lasts longer!
For cheaper brands, I like Earth Science and Alba - both all natural and don't test on animal (same for origins).
