Our first U/S ...but a question?

We had our first u/s today and got to see the baby and actually HEAR the heartbeat!!! We were so excited but the doctor said the heartbeat was a little low- 106. He said it was early still, since I am 6 weeks and 3 days today! They moved my due date up 2 days, so its July 3 now...guess I better change my ticker.

 Should I worry about a low HR or is it just early? Doc wanted to do another u/s in 2 weeks, to see if it goes up.... thoughts? prayers?

I see girls here with low early HB's all the time and things turn out just fine.  Best of luck!

I had one yesterday at 6 weeks and 4 days. The baby measured 6 weeks 2 days with a due date of July 4. My doctor set the first due date at July 2 so I'm not changing it until she tells me to.

Anyway, our little one's heartbeat was 111 and we go back next week for follow-up but they weren't concerned at all. How exciting we got to see it right after it started beating.
