I am back from the doctor's office. He has ordered a SA on DH (I was expecting that) and I have been ordered to go for an HSG because he thinks a bowel ressection(sp?) that I had when I was 13-14 might have caused my tubes to be blocked.

I was completely oblivious to this and still feel surprised by the conversation we had. When I asked if blocked tubes could be fixed he did not give a reassuring look and said "it all depends"

Eep!  GL.  My HSG was incredibly painful, but for only like 5 mins.  I hav (had?) a completely blocked tube.  Zero dye went through.  They said surgery could fix it.

GL with the HSG! I have no experience or advice but I'm hoping if it is blocked that it can be fixed.

I'm sorry, that's a crappy situation to find yourself in.  I'm hoping the doctor can be more helpful to you once the testing is done and back. GL.

Good luck, the HSG wasn't too bad, just take Motrin before.
